Why did you move: Combining two households into one!
Favorite Discovery of New Home: Ironically, for both the houses - the view. The house I sold had a large, beautiful picture window in the kitchen that overlooked a courtyard with a fire red Japanese Maple tree and many cardinals.
The new house has a panoramic view of Lake Michigan and the sunrise.

Favorite New Local Business: 11 City Diner, Fig Tree, and Antique Taco.
Anything else you would like to share? Enjoy the process - of course there will be stressful times but it will all iron out in the end. Condo living is definitely different than single family home living - in a good way. HIRE HELP and take the time to wrap everything.
Do you have any advice to someone getting ready to sell or buy? Work with Katie. She is professional and fun all rolled into one. She helped me buy my house and then sell it. It was a special place so it was a little bittersweet but she made the whole process exciting and it wasn't so hard to say goodbye to it.
