The average person will spend about 7 years in any home. That means I spend a lot of time working with new individuals and often. For the most part, I will not hear from past clients until they are ready to sell or refer a friend, family member, colleague or neighbor to me (thank you).
In the meantime, the only way we stay in touch is when I run into you around the city of send a newsletter a couple times a year (if that).
With that said, there are a lot of opportunities for me to help you throughout your home-ownership that you may forget! For instance, think referrals — plumbers, roofing contractors, tuckpointers, your current home market values, interest rate or refi questions, renovation or design ideas, etc. I am here for all of that!
